PRECISIONS :

Cette fédération à 4 repose sur un constat d'échec souvent rencontré par les inventeurs qui restent isolés au cours de leur vie :

Ils doivent se battre pour exister à côté d'autres technologies souvent très proches, ou disposant d'une historique plus ancienne souvent difficile à évaluer et qui comportent individuellement un reliquat important d'interrogations techniques.
Il ne peuvent pas tout gérer, par exemple en communication et en veille technologie, pourtant ce sont de nos jours deux sujets incontournables....qui s'en occupe ?

Exemple : je pense aux magnifiques machines à losange déformable imaginées par J.P. AMBERT en son temps et qui possédaient "malheureusement" des éléments d'antériorités issus de l’année 60 (et même avant).

La Quasi turbine s'est auto désignée pour chapeauter le truc sans souci apparent de fédérer ni d'afficher les références historiques et sans souci apparent de travailler en collaboration avec ceux qui tenaient encore le flambeau : il est résulte que le concept de base est repris par Pulswer d'un côté, notre Raymond national d'un autre ! c'est bien certes !, mais en dehors d'un fonctionnement "osmosique" les redondances, les méfiances et les recoupements récurrents polluent inévitablement les destinées, les idées ne foisonnent qu'à moitié et/ou séparément, il n'y a trop peu (ou pas) d'enrichissement croisés,
Les énergies dépensées pour se démarquer, damer le pion, faire la différence, faire le trou etc etc, seront souvent et nettement supérieures à celle dont la créativité aurait eu besoin pour aller plus haut et plus loin de façon ordonnée.

"Je dis non aux bataillons dispersés !"

Convaincu que ce n'est pas la bonne méthode de travail, il n'y a qu'une chose à faire "en appliquer une autre"

"Le dire c'est bien, le faire c'est mieux"

Mieux vaut donc dépenser un max d'énergie pour se fédérer et organiser une équipe avec un minimum de règles souples et transparentes de fonctionnement : on le récupèrera grandement après (catalogue, qualité d'évolution et de qualité d'exécution).

Quelques bilan positifs sont déjà visibles chez nous (la bande des 4) :

Démontrer qu'il était possible de faire autrement est déjà du passé chez nous : maintenant il faut aussi démontrer que la croissance du Team est possible, au delà de la pérennité de son fonctionnement, et c'est là ou notre choix d'un réel changement de paradigme va s'affirmer.

POUR QUELS FUTURS PROJETS ?

Entre Raymond et Yves = un projet de STIRLING du type "ZZ1"
Entre Yves et moi même = un projet de machine fraisoïdale nouvelle "ZZ2"
Entre Zhi Zhé et bibi = moins un projet de transmission interne alternative qui fonctionnerait aussi bien sur le ZZ1p que sur le FF "pour ne pas perdre la mains"

Et puis en solo :
Raymond a au moins un projet dans ses cartons (CHLOE)
Yves en a d'autres qui sont issu de sa techno TURBICONE
Shi Zhé développe des choses dans les turbines non volumétriques

Quand à moi ?
Je cogite le fond et la forme de futurs brevets de l'équipe....

Et puis je philosophe sur l'avenir commun du Team.

PRECISIONS :

This 4 Men federation is coming from an acknowledgment of failure often met by the inventors who remain isolated during their life :

They often must fight to exist and meet other very near technologies. These technologies can have an older story difficult to surround and that individually includes a important hang-over of technical issues.
He/it cannot manage everything, for example in communication and in eve technology, yet these are nowadays two inescapable sujets....who takes some care?

Example: I think about the magnificent machines with deformable lozenge designed up by by J.P. AMBERT at his time (1980) which "unfortunately" included some elements of antecedences backing up to the sixties (and even before).

The Quasiturbine has self designated itself to oversee the technical domain without to worry about displaying the historic references or to work in collaboration with those that held the matter yet: it entails that the basical concept is taken again by Pulswer on one hand , and in the other hand by our "national Raymond" (see POGDC engine) ! Although it is well, outside of a collaborative work in osmosis, the remaining redundancies, the distrust and the crosschecks are polluting inevitably the destinies : the ideas can't come up in a half way or separately ways, as there is too little (or no) crossed enrichment.
the energies spent to be different, dammer the pawn, to make the difference, to make the hole etc etc, will often be and distinctly superior to the one whose creativeness would have had need to go higher and more far from neat way.

I am convinced that it is not the good method of work, and there is only a thing to make : "to apply another one"

What are already the positive facts which are already obvious by our 4 Men Team ?

To prove that it was possible to make otherwise is already behind us in our association : now it is necessary to demonstrate also that the growth of the Team is possible, beyond the everlastingness of its working, and it is there where our choice for a real change of pardigm is going to affirm itself.

FOR WHAT FUTURE PROJECTS?

between Raymond and Yves = a project of STIRLING of the ZZ1 type
between Yves and me even = a project of fraisoidal engine "new ZZ2"
between SHI ZHE and me = at least an alternative internal transmission mechanism that would function as well on the ZZ1p that on the Fraisoidal Fuhandaigu, in order to keep the quality and stay dynamic.

and then in solo :
Raymond has at least a project in his cardboards (CHLOÉ)
Yves has some of others that are coming from his TURBICONE concept
Shi Zhé develops ideas about non volumetric turbines

About me?
I cogitate up the basis and the presentation of future patents for the team....

and then I philosophize on the common future of the Team.

P.S. : I wish to add that in my POGDC engines, and notably in the patent available here, the story of engines with articulated piston is clearly recalled, and that I bring a real novelty because my articulated piston are octogonal with a major role given to the heads of piston.

La minute intime d’un vieux Team sur un autre thème :

Les deux inventeurs de l’électrométallurgie moderne :

Leurs relations, un peu heurtées au début, furent tout de même exemplaires autour d’une même invention « l’éléctro fusion »:

Né la même année, mort la même année, ils firent en même temps, de part et d’autre de l’atlantique, les mêmes découvertes fondamentales sur l’éléctro fusion des métaux (en 1900).
Dans la dernière partie de leur vie (jusqu’en 1914) ils devinrent deux amis inséparables autour de leur même invention.

Actuellement, environ 1000 millions de tonnes d’aciers sont produites & consommées chaque année dans le monde : une partie est obtenue dans les fours électriques qu’ils avaient imaginés !
Ils osèrent prototyper les premiers il y a donc 110 ans !
